The Homestead Center for the Arts invites the public to attend their annual Celebration of the Arts Reception and Awards Recognition on Thursday, September 28 from 5:30 to 7:30pm at The Palace Gardens, 3100 Campbell Drive.
Enjoy the special exhibit area in the main lobby from 4 to 5:15pm of HCA members’ art, books and other crafted items. The Awards Ceremony begins at 6:30pm, honoring outstanding volunteers.
Before and after the awards ceremony, guests will mingle with local artists, authors, theatre people, lovers of history, music, orchids, and more. Members will be on hand to tell people how they can join the wonderful variety of organizations such as Community Concert Series, the Homestead Art Club, the South Florida National Parks Camera Club, the South Florida Woodturners Guild and more.
Light refreshments will be served. The cost is $10 person.
