Get ready for the semi-annual orchid sale and free classes presented by the Redland Professional Orchid Growers on the weekend of February 15, 16 and 17, 2019.
Orchid enthusiasts, collectors, and those eager to learn more about orchid selection and maintenance will be visiting four outstanding orchid nurseries for free classes, seminars and sales of exotic orchids — plus a raffle for four prized collections of fine orchids.

The Redland Professional Orchid Growers have held these much anticipated semi-annual events for 24 years and the popularity has spread throughout South Florida. In addition to having specials on their professionally grown orchid plants, the biggest attraction is the series of “how to” classes on orchid growing.

Each of the expert growers share the knowledge of growing their specialty from decades of experience. No matter how many times these lectures are heard, new secrets are revealed.
And if you have a problem plant, the growers encourage you to bring it with you for help. With so much to do and learn, this weekend will be a highlight of your Spring.
Free Raffle for Orchid Collections
Certainly a main attraction of these Redland Orchid Open Houses is the opportunity to win one of four collections of orchids donated by the growers. Raffle entry coupons are obtained at the first grower visited and stamped at each nursery. Three stamps are required to enter the drawing and no purchase is necessary, with winners notified on Sunday evening.
