Hold The Line - Prevent Urban Sprawl

Big Vote Thursday - Prevent Urban Sprawl

What Does "Hold The Line" Mean?

The Urban Development Boundary is a long-term planning tool used to help discourage sprawl and encourage infill development. Holding the Line, or the UDB, encourages development close to existing houses and businesses, where roads, transit lines, schools, and other government services already exist. Maintain the current growth boundary until existing infrastructure needs are funded and completed. By Holding The Line, we protect our water supply, local farms that supply food, and create resilience by preserving the Everglades and Biscayne Bay. https://holdthelinecoalition.org
