Homestead Main Street presents Fiesta USA at Losner Park on September 15 from 4 to 9pm
This free, family friendly festival will begin with a Children’s Costume Parade at 4pm. Children dressed in costumes from their native country will be parading in Losner Park and serenaded by the Mariachi Academy of Homestead’s young performers. Following this colorful opening of the festivities, there will be entertainment by DJ Mauricio Parra, performances by the South Dade Music Project and a presentation by Ballet Folklorico on Losner Stage.
The highlight of the event will be a performance by the beautiful Fresian and Andalusian horses of Club Hipico Mexico-Americano. They will be dancing in a ring set up on the west side of Losner Park. This thrilling demonstration has been a highlight of Fiesta USA for the past three years.
