Fish Tales & More – Bea Peskoe Lunchtime Lecture Series presents…

Long-time resident Sam Porco knows fishing in South Florida in some unique ways. Enjoy a lecture about his book “Fish Tales & More.”

For more than 40 years, he’s been involved with not just fishing for pleasure, but with different government and private organizations committed to caring for this critical natural resource. He’s served on and chaired multiple foundations, participated in early artificial reef work up in Fort Lauderdale, and helped initiate some intriguing aquaculture programs. Many people here know him as a man dedicated to the Youth Fishing Foundation to introduce local children to why fish are so important to our environment.

Monday, Dec 5th at the Seminole Theater in Homestead — hear Sam Porco’s lecture as part of HCA’s Bea Peskoe Lunchtime Lecture Series. The lecture begins at noon.
